hey guys, i completed my dog tag collection, but I still don't get my prize, and dog tag appears incomplete (missing letter which i already had it tonight by playing metro. Z8 screwed us up.

If the letter was S or R please notice there is 2 tipes. is S, S2 , R and R2. If you need R2 and you earn an R, it will not go in the R2 slot. I encounter that twice... its annoying. But that is the explination
