When you click on 'Deposit', there will be an option on the right that says 'Earn Free Zp'. These are surveys.

Typically however, alot of these aren't entirely 'free' and its best you read over them carefully since you could be paying for something you clearly didn't intend.

My suggestion is avoid using them unless you know what your doing.

Yes. The surveys require true informations, try to avoid entering false informations or you may risk to get banned.
