Lol, how do you get your images on a url so you can post it in the forums? Sorry if this is a "noob" question but I'm to lazy to figure it out myself.

  upload it to something like tinypic and copy the "forum url" and post it. If it doesnt say, then look for the one with [img][/img]

  Use search to find out how to post iimages on forums. There is a 'FAQ' button on the top as well.
