would you think: K/D rate above 2.0 means nothing?

To understand someones true skill you look at there clan match KD since there is no way to farm this and it tells you alot about the player and give you an insight on how they perfom in amateur competitive gameplay.
I agree with this here. In clan wars, it's an agreement with your clan & theirs, you can't just farm up results. -
I kind of only care about the kdr if someone is able to have a 2.0 or higher and they haven't reset or made a new account. Since when we all started we were pretty bad so now you had to of gone 2.0 and higher consistently to make up for your bad playing at the start.

already know difference between amateur and pro ? ... pro get money for his work amateur not. (it consider everything in rl or vl) ... logical reply ... there are no pros at all ... just another entertainment. we talk about skills ... to increase ur skills u choose more prefferable environment to do this ... it;s ur own decission to mind where u can increase ur skills ... but the fact is by informations u have won half of battle ... so when u know how to do u can increase ur skills everywhere... by tapping on t.d.m against rookie- or smart players- environment it;s similar way to increase ur skills ... but it's just more diffucult on smart player environment than on rookie one and probably more productive way.
btw back to topic ... 2.0+ k/d says only half truth of skills ...
skills have wide spectrum ... personally for me i do 35% (increasing it on osu! ... and it's true it rise fast) of shotskill 60% (cossacks way) tactical gameplay (reading minimaps, enemys eyes-to-hands coordination lacks... e.t.c) and 5% of lucky shots. so u can be proud to do well on unfarmed 2.0 players environment that's all ...
and if u look carefully rank restrikted servers have more 1.0 Q.Qers than smart players. -

Walls of text = bad.
Also, consider using the english language in the way its supposed to be used? Spelling means little, but grammer can mean alot. -

What he said is the truth, you ain't a pro at time you're not able to lives from the game.
There's skillful players but they ain't pro.
A players that wish to be skilled might prefer play with harder people because it's like experience, if you kill a bunch of newbies ofc you'll get some training done but if you play against a bunch of skilled players it will goes twice or 10 times faster to learn how to play in a skilled way. -
My KD is around 2.2 because I played with the same account ever since I started CF. But if I reset I'll get a KD of around 3-4. And I don't consider myself as a good player. Just average.
In all. KD means nothing. How you play under pressure is the real question. -
under pressure is good variable wich i meet rarely on games ... probably cuz i play with inet-radio-music *..*
i feel the same way never reseted and 1.8+ snd-k/d about 90k positive kills (fixing now by desertations) ... to many kicks at all ... btw when i will reset i would have 3.0 - 4.0 k/d

yeah, for 2 months, there was my k/D rate: 2.240, cuz i only play in UKs server.
but now my k/d is 2,134, cuz i play in UK server 4(only pro players)
and now, i just want to ask: would u think, a high k/d rate means, that player (high raNKed) is a good player,? or he just played against no.obs?
and other player(high ranked) with k/d rate from under 2,0, would u think he is a bad player? or just coz he only played again pros and do ClanWar?
but for me: high kd rate means nothing, coz to find out if some1 is a good player, we should play with him ingame, and watch him playing.

If you consider uk4 "Pro" bcs there are no rookies [ rank means nothing ] or there are high ranks which for u are "pro" [ again Ranks Means Nothing ] then u probabilly farmed ur k/d from when u were like sergeant or you play all day TD egypt/ship -

nononono, i never farmed, i just make this thread to ask u if kd above 2.0 means anything.coz i´m going to have a kdr from under 2.0 ok.
and, as u can see, i´m in a good clan, so never farmed. i do not have to tell u , how i play and kill people, and its called skill. -
No. I would say KDR + Rank is nothing.
Rank is simply how much experience you've gotten. My account, for example, is 2nd LT and I believe 3rd class. Does that make me better than a Staff Sergeant? Not really. There's many times where the Staff (or lower) has pwnd me. The only reason I'm such a high rank is because of how long I've been playing; it's nothing to do with skill.
Now about the KD. I don't think that matters either. There's plenty of people with 200k kills and 10k deaths. Obvious farms. There's a lot to consider when looking at KD. I haven't reset mine since I started playing, and back then I was terrible (not saying I'm good now, but I have improved). So, I think what matters is how you play while you're in game. Nothing else.
