i need Help from a GM plz

when i log in to CF i and play for like 10min then it give a pop out saying "tool hack detected 1 (4.) ex something and it wont let me play then i log on again and same thing happens plz help me.

stay calm! this is merely a mistake of the game itself. Try restarting your net and then relog in crossfire.
if it continues. Go to the game support

close firewall and restart ur internet and use cable not wireless

i have tryed em all but it still says hack tool detected (1)(4.0) and i have contacted GM but they close my tick cuz they think is spam so they wont help me.

if this was the first time it happened. Xtrap reported the suspicious activity, surely you should be banned so when unlock your account, and if it happens again and you are satisfied that does not use any illegal program, send your problem to support>http://support.z8games.com/webform_new.aspx

i have send em to support but GM just close it and wont help me cuz they thing is spam idk y they think that but every time i play i can only play 10min tops then the thing pops up and disconnects me
