Are you trying to patch from an old downloader/patcher or something? If you are, they changed the patching architecture so the old patcher from way back will not work.

1) Try downloading the NEW install file (which is pretty recent and should work just fine).

i tried downloading it from Brother soft but it doesnt finish downloading it get to the part after it tells me where to put the file then when it starts installing it just says like program not working then it exits out
