IT has been 4 months since i tryied to get my pass changed and stuff and today i log in MY dsr is gone.....My coupons are wasted...and MY zp is gone....How do u think ii feel right now. All i want to do is change my pass but noone answears the dam support ticket..I NEED HELP

ever wondered about the virus? Internet or any shared folder on your computer?
1. Keylogger <records everything you type (no point change password)
1. internet connection sharing> exist several methods of getting files into a shared net. Or shared folder <Qulquer one can see!
What you should do:
1-scan your entire PC
2-Change the password again
3-Send to support, showing the error and if necessary proof of purchase from zp! -

and yet they still did not help -
If your going to spam all the MODs and/or GMs your account will get suspended. Unfortunately, Z8games can't put any coupons or any guns that has "disappeared" or sold by accident. Z8games also can NOT refund any ZP missing. As stated in the EULA, Z8games is not responsible for anything happened within' your account besides it being compromised. If your ticket hasn't been answered within the matter of 2weeks of submitting it, close the ticket yourself and resend another one with better detail.

hahahha i already know all this stuff the sad part is that this has been going on for 4 months -
