I agree that a lot of posts in the guide section are full of trollers that necro'd and want to push their post count up, but the guides themselves are ok. Why can't some poster make a guide making some stats about the M4? It is probably WOGL-friendly.

And please provide proof of your allegation of blatant racism. If you do find racism that is indeed offending... Let a MOD know.

Perhaps someone acted already but I do not see that sticky.

As for the rest of this, I take care of what I see when I see it. A lot of this is done when I get a break while working so if I make one post and ignore another don't just assume I don't care.

I do agree with your post that there have been times that I've gotten banned/infracted for doing something that someone else can do without getting in trouble. Mods who do this shouldn't be mods.

You get banned for being around, not for something you post. The post just shows us that you're active on a new alt and ready to be banned.

Removing posts of someone that has been banned even though they are constructive shows your lack of tolerance and professionalism.

Sorry, I don't remember others posts from months back, can't really comment, just assuming.

One of the purposes of the recent forum merge is so that things can be contained a little easier for the moderators.

It also passively helps them by having things buried faster (ie the undesired threads). And exposes the trolls a bit faster under that same principle too.


Moderators cannot be expected to see EVERY Thread.

Also before you go and say "just bring more moderators". Right now we're at the highest level of moderators we've ever had. There will always be a % of the users who moan and complain that the moderators are not doing their job.

And then we bring in more moderators. And then we get more people complaining that they aren't doing their job. It's a pretty endless cycle.

Sometimes the answer has to come from the community. If you are seeing something you don't like from users (read: Trolls) then you could help by sending a mod a message. "Hey I don't know if you saw this post, but I think it is offensive".

Instead of saying "You guys suck cause you missed this post".

You'd be surprised what a little respect and kindness gets you around here.
