New Censor Messing Up Names

Yes there have been a lot of threads complaining about the censor. Honestly I'm fine with the censor if that's what z8 wants to do, however there is an issue that comes with the new words that have been censored.
I am NOT affected by this, but many players are: including two people I've met and play with once in awhile in game.
They have the word "Noob" in their names. They can no longer be whispered and I am not sure if there are other problems that come with it.
Before someone tells me they "should have picked a better name" and "they shouldn't have used the word noob in the first place." Please take note:
1. These players OBVIOUSLY had to choose their name before the new censor.
2. There was NO WAY these players could have known part of their name was going to be censored.
3. Crossfire is the first online game I have ever seen censor the name "noob" myself, so I did not expect it to be censored and many others most likely didn't expect it to be censored since it was a word used by gamers in the first place.

What are these players supposed to do about this? I'm not angry, just concerned about my buddies. One made a post asking about it and was pretty much told it was his fault for picking a bad name. I would like to state again: How would any of us know the word "noob" was going to be censored: when we were not informed of it in any patch notes or any time before hand and it is a common word used by gamers.

I'd just like to state that I do think it is unfair to censor their names like that without warning. I just feel there was no way for them to know it was going to happen when they first made their accounts (some of them worked a long time to get their accounts up to the ranks they're at now.)
Would there be a chance of anything being done about this issue at all?
I know z8 is a good company and I know sometimes the MODs or GMs end up in a bad mood (can't count the number of annoying things you guys seem to have to deal with everyday,) but I do have some faith in you guys.
Thank you for your time.
