My IGN is censored now?

Tech support FTW.

I asked for a name change via support, as mine is censored too... They told me my IGN is "illegal". There's no proof, however, that my intentions of setting my IGN were of cussing nature... >.<

Unlike IITOLKII, your name really isn't inappropriate. The problem which is explained in the News and Announcements is that people just can't exactly handle having the privilege to say the word in game. I don't think it would be such a big deal for them to change your name without charge because if you did pay for it, it really isn't fair for you to pay for something that is not allowed. Especially since you didn't have knowledge of it.... I would contact Saidin or one of the MODS to assist you on that one because they have the final decision and know more on the matter. Seeing as they caused the problem by making your name blocked I think they should give you a free name change, same goes for anyone else that has been affected by the developers own design. This is not your fault so why should you pay to fix it?

So they can filter out words in game but they can't filter the same words when creating the IGN and warn people it so called 'illegal'?

Oh but wait, it was fine when you created it as omfg was legal but now they decide it's illegal? Again, you should be allowed to change it free as you complied with the rules originally.
