Waited 23 hours for my ZP, still havnet got it..

Yes, I bought ZP yesterday. I got 3000 off it, but I'm missing 7000. I bought with my phone, so I had to buy 2 times the get the amount i wanted. Waited 23 hours now..
Yes, I know it's not such a big deal, it's only 7000 ZP, but anyways. When I buy ZP, i expect to get it. I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post it, but I dont know where to put it. So please move it, if I've posted it wrong. Thanks

I know someone who had same issue. They paid £30 in 2 payments by mobile and had to wait about 48 hours for it but then it all showed up ok. It doesn't seem to be as quick as when paying via credit card or paypal. Just give it a bit more time and hopefully it will show up soon.

Yea, I will give it some more time. I just think it's wierd that I have recived the smallest amount of ZP. Well well, I'll just be patience

Idk much, but I don't think that mobile payments are reliable...

Better try prepaid game cards or using an actual credit/debit card.

But I think on the deposits page it says how long it usually takes, like from 15 min to 48 hours.

Yea, I cant find my credit card that's why I used my phone. Still havent got it.. Starting to pi*s me off xD I don't have a clue what prepaid game cards is, or where to get it, lol.

Oh maybe that isn't an offer in the UK or Europe.

It's similar to ITunes gift cards but you use it on yourself.

We can buy pre-paid cards in UK, but only online as far as I am aware, so it's not really an actual card you just get the ESN via email instead of on a card. Then you can either use the ESN yourself or gift it to another IGN.

I have used Playspan a few times to test it out buying ZP points and Ultimate Game Card. There are many ways to pay, but I've only used credit cards and paypal so far. I'm not sure if paying by mobile is an option for Playspan.

Waited 23 hours for my ZP, still havnet got it..
