Commander Mode
This is played on SnD maps. Each team will have their soldiers spawn and respawn when killed, while spawning one (or two if 16 people in the room) "commander". The goal will be eliminate the other team's commanders, without getting our team's commander down.
Commanders will glow red on the minimap when they shoot, they will be a tad slower than regular soldiers but will have more ammo and an armored jacket and helmet. If a team has two commanders and one gets shot, he will respawn as a normal soldier. The round will be done as soon as one of the teams don't have any commanders left.
In order to recognise commanders fast, the commander will have a separate game model, distinct for BL and GR and not available through mall. Soldiers will respawn in a 50m radius within their commander with a delay of 5 seconds.
Thoughts, additions and trolling are wellcome.

That way its better.
Also, people should only have one life OR if they are going to respawn... then like 15 second or 20 second respawns.... That woudl force players to seek trying to kill the commander instead of farming the spawners.
Another idea is the "President" rather than the commander. The president only has a sidearm and must be protected at all costs by the teammates while trying to get the other teammates. Each team will try and "assassinate" the president by any means necessary while protecting their own president.
Another idea is that the Commander be the highest rank within the team (would actually give rank a meaning.... and a role) but meh, idk if thats such a great one. -

So like a p90 or something around that range ( just to put it in perspective)? The weapon can kill someone 1v1 but cant really be depended on? Cus it would destroy the whole point of being the commander if the commander could clutch everone. -

Or perhaps, the Commander starts out with 500 hp, and gives low damage. But the lower his hp goes, the stronger his shots become. Once under 100 hp, his shots are 1.5 times stronger than the normal soldiers shot.

Something unique. But 2 unique primary weapons like hero mode. A Sniper and Rifle, and a special pistol. But when there is 2 commanders, they get only 1 primary. The sniper or rifle. Their choice. Every 2 minutes and 30 seconds, they can switch to the other bag, but this does not refresh their grenades. Both bags have the same pistol.

not a bad idea though. i know this is probably going to be trolled but still :
if a team has 2 commanders, they might have a ( slight ) advantage to the other team, so spawning with determined weapons e.g. m4 and de as you said would be a good idea. then chances are kinda equal and ppl would QQ less in case they lose.
