um z8games fisting me?

ok i only have crossfire on and that's it so what is going on
idk what's going on but i'd have this high ping and get my kdr ****d then all of a sudden after like a min it goes down so any idea how 2 stop this
this only happens with cf all the other games i play i dont lag at all
