Why can't we Change the Bags in The New Sewers Map ?!!

-.- it's lame we can't change....
I have axe in mah 2nd bag and wasn't able to get it soo I had to play with knife during the match, and I didn't want to quit and get the axe cuz of the penalty you get

i have akes ans knife and shovel and i can't change bags it realy p***ed me off

It's the same in elimination mode. You have to select the bag with the knife you want to use before the match starts.

Why can't we change bags ?!!
