Xtrap and 3rd Party VoIP software conflicts

Software : RaidCall

About : "Raidcall is designed for group communication while gaming, especially for games requiring tight teamwork such as FPS and MMORPG games. It can provide clear voice quality with extremely low latency, and there is no need to rent servers or set up a server by yourself. Raidcall makes group communication easier." - RaidCall Website

Problem : RaidCall has a "Overlay" feature that shows who is online in your server, etc. It uses, what I assume, as DirectX to hook onto the game and display it in client. Xtrap sees this as an attempt to cheat and therefore closes the client post haste...

Solution : I'm requesting that RaidCall be added to the program whitelist with other VoIP programs such as TeamSpeak, Ventrillo, Mumble, etc., as it give the player no direct advantage by having the overlay on the screen.

NOTE : The VoIP functions that work without hooking do not crash the game, however the overlay is an integral part of the program (much likes xtraps chat and web-browser overlays that work in game...)

A support ticket was also submitted for the problem.
