The name of the server means where it's host is located.
The best idea would be paying a host at south america, but they dont want this (too bad...)

btw, South America in portuguese is América do Sul
South American Server = Servidor da América do Sul

Calling it "Server for Brazil" would be legal, but it wont solve anything because most BRs don't care about their ping being super high.(I see BR players in the UK servers quite often). So this will only work if they block SA from the other servers, something which isn't going to happen I'm afraid
