nickname problem

Just installed cross fire twice today everytime i login and try to go on servers it says nickname to long or nickname contains improper words no matter what i cant get through with a nickname and i know im doing it right any suggestions

it was fixed i think or maybe its still being fixed but go to the barracks or the announcments and they have a forums about it saying they are aware of it.

yeah i seen it hopefully they do it quick i retired from counter strike and want to start playing crossfire!heard it was better!
