Ultimate game card already redeem?

WTHHHHHHHH? IT CANT BE! what should i do? yesterday i did not redeem the points because of some erros, and now that i tried to add the PIN it says it has been redeemed. I need help please!

    same problem for me....i purchased 20k with UGC...i redeemed it...it said success...but i didnt get any ZP..when i tried to redeem it again..it says the card has already been redeemed...i sent support tickets yesterday...still waiting for their reply

    Were different, it says it has already been redeemed, ididnt receive the message "Successful". Im really upset. I really want to buy that new char!
