The selection of maps and such is left to be determined, if there is enough interest. I will probably consult Bobby along with others on this IF there is enough interest in such an event. Might make it a small tournament or a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly event, who knows. This is all very raw. Glad it's being discussed though.

What about the weapon sets? ZP? No ZP? ESL or Wogl rulesets or gonna go extreme hardcore? ^..^ Either way it sounds pretty awesome, its like SWAT game types. Definitely got my vote.

Though I personally prefer the 13 rounders.

Might use the ESL rule set for a more broad range of weapons. Haven't really thought too much into it yet. If this continues to show interest, I might consult with a few other people to write up some sort of rule set and maybe run some tests in-game.

Coming from the competitive field, I always feel the slimmer the assortment, the smaller the issues. But in this case, I really have no issue. Simply take out the silenced weapons, +Ammo weapons and the Thompson for certain. The other 'OP' weapons I'm even open to discuss. I really have no issue withe the KRISS, ScarL or the M12. They all fall with one shot. Not to mention, your KRISS and M12 are deemed useless when your spawn trapped. Those weapons are only useful when used as they're SUPPOSED TO BE used; SMG: Lite, mobile weapon w/ +Accuracy. That's how SMG's are modeled [in real life as well]. People have already began voicing AWP issues, but in my honest opinion...This is only a small casual format at the moment with competitive aspects. Complicating the idea only complicates the flow.

Camp the smg at a site. Have the rifle cover mid. And have the sniper at the other site. The rifle at mid then rotates.

I'll start putting something together probably tomorrow or beginning of the week next week. See if we can't get a general rule set and maybe run some forumer rooms or something to try it out. This week has been pretty hectic for me, so probably this coming week. Doesn't hurt to try it out and see what happens right? :-)
