I've submitted a ticket for this already, but forums seem to get answered quicker.
I completed a survey, and waited the 15 minutes it said it was reported to take. The offer was for 10560 Z8 Point.
I want my Z8 Points, for the new character. Please resolve this.

Yeah, I've completed, and it's shown I've completed, at least 100 surveys totaling over 100K ZP. I've seen about 20K of that total. The other 80K I'm still waiting on. o..e -

hey dude, it says IQ quiz, do you really submit your cell number to that? ain't it charge like 9.99 a month? -

you're correct, those iq quizzes for 9-10k zp always require a cell phone number and to verify a pin, agreeing to a 9.99 fee. -
I've not received easily over 100k zp of free zp i've earned, i'm kinda losing faith in doing the free zp stuff because it's usually a waste of time.
Well half of those surveys are made by the same companies, simply they dont wanna the same information. -

I thought I was the only one that was having this issue.. I was super mad.. LOL.. I've been waiting for six hours now for the ZP that says was "awarded" to me. Still nothing.
EDIT: If you've done any surveys through SuperRewards. Send a support ticket to them, I just did and my ZP was awarded within 5 minutes.
I still have one for SponsorPay that says it was awarded but I never got it and I'm unable to send a support ticket to them. Kind of lame. -

Yes, it charges $9.99 to your cell phone bill. But as soon as the ZP is charger to my account I cancel the subscription. .-. It still gets added to the bill but it's only once.
