If youre from Canada you ping is minimum 1....
This game wasnt made for South America and services werent set up for you. You dont have much right in complaining when the game is licensed to NA/UK.
If you had a problem with a ZP purchase, then you may complain about that. -

The only right you get by buying ZP is the right to receive that ZP.

True is that SA is a great market.
Also true is the fact that we can't help you, since we're currently prohibited by contract to put a server in any south american country.
