Your ping depends on a number of factors - including your network card.
Things that also effect this are your line quality (my area has a max of 3mb connection, so no lightning speeds for me), your wireles router quality (wireless n or wireless g, newer is faster, however my router is newish and doesnt work with CF at all), your motherboard (it affects everything, though internet not so much). And how far you are from the server - bear in mind the connection has a set minimumn you will ever achieve in ping because of the distance to the server, you cant affect this.

If you post the spec of your network card here perhaps it will be easier to advise. If you don't know it then run 'msinfo32' and look under network - adapter which might tell you.

Generally if it is 54mbps max then an upgrade to 108mbps may be helpful (i stress may). I now use a WD Powerline adapter for my internet, effective wired connection a floor away from the router, though you have to consider that if the power is set up on different circuits (or at least, different loops, as mine is) then the connection can fluctuate.

Some onboard network thing.
I use 16mpbs internet I think (like small business class)
And for some reason my download speed is A LOT greater than my upload.






I use a computer I made, and using a cable for the internet. If that helps at all.

Just for the record, your download rate will always be greater than your upload rate.

The game reg is horrible.

If I go into west coast (I get 30ish ping there) then the reg is beast.
If I go into alpha/echo it goes from 98-112 and the reg is horrible.

And there is a XL mouse pad (you can get a smaller one if you want)

If you want an ergonomic mouse get the steelseries ikar laser or the razer death adder.
