Setting up of account giving error

I and some friends of mine are trying to create an account more when we put a nick in error when we create the char nick nick tried several. everyone is in predicament for creation of char. giving nick inpropio

please someone tell an gm.

some gm help solve the problem?

GM's are lazy

Gm's are too lazy to fix this problem its since the new patch that this is happening it does also with my they dont want to fix it it can take a couple of days till they see it on forum.
i know what problem is and its easy to fix
it say Max.12 it has to be Max12.

Nearly the whole front page of this forum is filled with people with the same problem.

Still waiting for an announcement on Z8s plans to fix this.
