i want my first first account back its was hacked over a year ago ...
can they still look at ips ? my ip is still the same from the day i created that account if not then i dont send a ticket.
i was having a ak scope on that account and a tommy gun
Do you know the creation date?
It could get your account back. That's why when people ask since when I play I say summer 2009 and don't give the exact date.
I know it's madness to remember such a thing. I don't know how I rembered mine, just remember having seen it on my profile page.
IF you don't have the creation date tell them about the ip thing (have you posted with the old account?). If you has posted with the old account just link them one of it's posts and one of your current account's ones. They can easily get the IP.
Giving them old passwords could help. -

Tell them that, could also help.
Ask somebody how to find your first post ever. Even if it isn't the day you created your account (which is kinda normal) you could deduce how long it took you before commin to the forums and posting.

Nothing stops you from sending a second one. I doubt the two different setion hjave the same people working on them, nobobdy will notice. -

again the login name was realy long and it made no sense at all the point i know the login name and the IGN and the email i used and the pw from back in time and the ip i used to make that account is proof enough.

i never sended a ticket for a hacked account so i dont know this part of tickets.

Well unless the video was somewhere obvious where anyobody including non forums could see it no.
The support button should be more easy to find too. Like a a big RED circle somewhere. Could be on the launcher too.
