Can Z8 refund me my coupons? Long story short my cousin was messing around and bought 90 day axe with coupons, i sent in a ticket with the long version. can they refund me my coupons?

No you can't refund coupons. If he messed with your account his responsibility and you can't change it. Its too late.

Yes you can refund your coupons only once , It also has to be 24 hours after coupon purchase I believe.

Refunded my gold m4 coupons for gold ak.

you may have better lucky getting refund on ZP before the coupons and even the ZP is impossible to get a refund, since it runs through a third party "bank"

If you sent the support ticket within 48 hours of getting the coupon exchange then you should receive your coupons back

Don't listen to all the people saying you can't. You can do it once, and it must be within 48 hours of the exchange.

Z8 ecover my 15 cupons for mp5 adv just need to send about 20 support ticket

If you sent it within 48 hours and with vaild proofs they can recover your coupons.

I recovered 10 coupons spent on MP5-Adv some time ago.

Well stupid you, don't harrass the support center. Tickets come in an order, they look at them in the same order as they come in. Spamming them will only get them map at you and eventually not want to help you. You're lucky they didn't send you an auto message which had nothin to do with your issue.

So do I need to send a screen shot or will they check my account? And it was sent it within a hour or two of when the exchange happened. And can I use my axe? I've been afraid to touch it least they don't refund the coupons xD
