I keep trying to buy 10000 zp from the z8Games item mall, but whenever i try i get " This transaction has been denied.
Reason:Failed to pass security validations. "

Any help?
Please respond fast im 600 BP from ak47 silver and i want to get it ASAP!

Its due to the security settings on your credit card...and it has nothing to do with Z8, its between you and buddieshops or whatever you are using to buy the zp.

For those of you that are still experiencing problems, you may want to check your account from whatever you are using to buy zp. The problem is most likely has nothing to do with Z8 and the problem is what you're using to buy your ZP. An example: For all of you that are using Vanilla Mastercard, you may experience this problem because you may not have activiated it yet. You have to do this online. There are many other problems in which you can check your card account for so make sure to do this.

I've been having this issue too. I don't think it's anything to do with the credit card itself, because I don't even get far enough to do it. As soon as I choose the amount of ZP I want to buy it gives me the error message.
So it's definitely not the card. Not sure what else it could be though..
They also stopped accepting payments from my paypal account around the same time..

I opened a ticket and talked to support about this yesterday. It's apparently because buddieshop changed their policy or something, this is what he told me.

Please note that BuddieShops has recently updated its payment security system. Depending on your account's character levels and the games you play, you will be restricted to a certain maximum deposit limit. This update has been made to ensure a safer payment environment. In the future, this limit may be increased. Thank you for your understanding.

i too have this issue, i get This transaction has been denied. Reason:Failed to pass security validations. ive received several ticket replies.... one said i needed to give the last four digits of my card to a website and i didn't want to do that. another ticket said the problem was fixed and i could buy the 20000 zp offer and would be able to buy more as time passed. problem was i still couldn't buy anything.
