Sold a gun to buy another, but I still own the sold gun.

I just purchased $3.00 USD of ZP via Mobile Payment. I then went to the mall and exchange the ZP for GP by purchasing the +GP item. After that, I went into the game, sold my Type89 assault rifle and smoke grenade, and purchased the M4A1 assault rifle afterwards. I put the M4A1 in my 2nd bag and went into a S&D game on Eagle Eye. I switched to bag #2 to still see a Type89 and not a M4A1 like I purchased. The smoke grenade was nowhere to be found either. Im seriously upset as I feel like I just wasted 88,700 GP, $3.00 USD, and 2100 ZP.

I need a prompt response and a prompt action taken to resolve this issue.
