Bought SIA - Recieved STAR?

I purchased the new character, the SIA this morning for 8200 ZP.
Then when I go to storage and try to set him as the main character,

THERE WAS NO SIA CHARACTER AVAILABLE, INSTEAD THE STAR CHARACTER WAS THERE.

WHY IS THIS?

This has happened to 8 people so far, that I have asked. They said the same thing.
"I clicked to buy the SIA, then clicked BUY, but was given the STAR member instead"

Why is this happening? Will we be reimbursed? Cuz this s some serious bs z8games, for real.
