High Ping after patch?.....
Well isn't this Nice...
Last night 44 ping as usual... this morning 150-250??????
My connection is perfectly fine... none of my others computers are on, my ps3 is off, no firewalls, nothing changed on my end.
Other games such a call of duty 4 and league of legends still gives me low ping.. so I know for a fact it's not my connection.
Are the servers busy? or what's going on?
anyone else experiencing this?

Anyone else get that REEEEEALY odd error message and then EVERYONE in the room get's dropped to the lobby?
It shows everyone as ACE and trainee with no names...lol
Z8 better patch this one in 24 hours or it's gonna be hell to pay...

when they do patch it they should put the katana in the coupon exchange :P ill keep asking.. -
It's so bad that at this point I was stuck at the loading screen waiting for other people to fully load and connect.......which never happened because they must have lagged out.
I had to alt-tab to get the game shut off because there is no option to leave while loading. -

I guess I can agree with this...but once again, getting an overpowered weapon just because you spent bajillions of dollars is 100% bona fide BS... -
High latency happens after every patch.
Funny you say that, because it usually only happens for a small segment of people....
Not EVERYONE on the server.
And as for the "Update = Lag" thing, aren't the HTTP/FTP servers NOT on the GAME server for security/practical reasons? -

I'm going by what we are told by those higher than us. Take it or leave it, it's the response I have for now.
Go look at the entire history of all patch days on this forum, it's always high a little after patch day, then settles down.
UNLESS it was pure sever maintenance, like we've had in the patch where most people's went down by atleast 10. -
Relax kids...Noone paying anything to anyone...
Due to pings,all is going to be fixed soon,new patches and maintainance of the servers is causing both higher pings aswell a problem that DxB13 commented on( that is old problem and happens very rarely,in my game time 1year, happened like 3times) so take it easy all and enjoy game..
Or just dont play one evening and all fixed next time u log in. -
In hind sight...it's funny as all hell trying to do the Mexico TDM today.
I keep getting 2.7+ KDRs just because my ping keeps trying to hold on to 30, but ends up going to 80 when everyone else lags up to 350+
Of course I have to keep wasting bullets in the process... -
Yeah I'm confused also, because the game servers shouldn't be related to patching.
Also that crazy error code and everyone crashing....
There's always... something wrong after a patch lol
I remember leaving before getting kicked would crash the game
Also a few months ago flashing would crash the game,
and now this lol
It's too funny
It's really annoying waiting 2 secs to trow a nade or switch weapons lol
