Nah, But they can have the ISP block him from visiting z8
I know 2 people who this happend to (Not for Z8) -

They won't stop his internet, they can file a complaint with the internet police (Thru FBI it's a real group) and have them handle it.

^_ How you define veteran and mature?
Basically it can't be done by post counting.. I mean you can be a veteran, but don't have many posts..
