You will always get it 1 day after you get 20 ribbons. It doesn't detect it right away.

Just wait 1 day, it takes up to 48 hours to get a ribbon, if it takes more than 48 hours, send a support ticket

Go to the woods, wait until night. Start a fire by using only silk blankets, kneel down, look up, close you eyes. Then, pray to the almighty Crystal gods that they give you your M4 CC after pleasing them, by earning 20 ribbons.
