I'm glad that this X-Trap patch has seemed successful on this first wave!

X-Trap has also patched against some additional software that should be noted here for those who might have missed it.

Gotta be said its been truly wonderful playing HM/MM the last few weeks. I never thought i would be saying that after the initial hack problems.

With all the patches now i realise i've got no excuses anymore for getting own'd. Just plain not got enough. Oh well i'll keep on trying.

Sounds like a good deal. I saw the update, but only played one MM and a couple GM games before I had to go to work. I did notice there weren't quite as many players this morning as there were yesterday.

find a new software, multiple PC's, actually if I wanted to I can do it anyway's with 1 CPU and an extra ethernet cord to generate a new IP but I'm not going to being that I only have 1 screen and my processor is crap anyways

You don't get a secondary external IP just because you use two cords.

Just an internal on the network.

Not to mention you'd still have to manage to run the client twice, which this kinda prevents.
There aren't any anti-farming measures that contains an IP-check here to my knowledge, so your post doesn't make much sense.

2 ethernet cords, cuts down on ping (I went to my bros' and couldnt connect to his nieghbrs wireless so I connected my PC to his laptop thru ethernet and connected that way, I got 300 ping) all I need is a ethernet, 2nd display, and another VGA cable

This don't STOP farmers, It stop's the program, all you need is 2 PC's and you can farm away.

Mhkay, without farmers this game has never grown up like it is! We supported this game over months or years. And I all I gonna read is that we gonna get handled like hackers.. Oh, wait 1 of the reasons for me to farm was the high amount of hackers ruining this game.. So before stop us farming, STOP THE HACKER!
btw we will find a way to farm dont worry..

Now, I can safety join a Charlie, Alpha or Bravo server with no hackers. Really appreciate that. We have the best community, in my opinion, but hackers.. and finally, we got rid of it.

Did you read the thread or just blindly post?

Noone cares if you farm.... stopping a program that caused players to cheat their way through the game is hardly treating you like hackers since you wont get banned for it...

Its not against the ToS so it isnt bannable.
