100 is not bad ping

When in the lobby open task manager and set priory for crossfire to low
It really lowered mine from 201 to 113

lol i live in toronto canada i get 12 and even 10. but when i get 13 i lag

Play in a server that's close to you, set priority to low as that other guy said. If you're using windows vista or 7 and it won't let you set the priority make sure you run as administrator, to do that type taskmgr in the search bar right click and click run as administrator.

i'm from brazil too , my ping is 154 but in US South is 115 , dude 12 ping is my dream

1 - Uninstall Gamebooster, you don't need it.

2 - Your ISP isn't very good, thus you have that ping. Try upgrading your internet if you can afford.

3 - Make sure your internet is private and no one is downloading anything on your connection. Also, try opening the CrossFire ports.

My ISP is Cox communications and I live in Arizona. Ping: US West:20-30. Canada Servers:Echo,Alpha,Bravo/ect: 70-80. I have wireless internet

My ISP is Hughenet They crap! Satellite broadband internet with a 800 MB download limit... I get between 1-3K ping, Changes every second

Check your connection for intruders. It's easy to find the default password of routers only by knowing its network name. Might not be the case, but do the following:

-Change the connection password, and restart the router (That should prevent persons from using your old password)

-Change the connection name (Kinda useless if you change the password :P)

Also, what kind of encryption are you using?
