When you INDEED not hacking,what you feel when they call you hacker????
Yeah,basically the situation i mostly experience during the no-lag days for me,and when I can aim better,or lucky that it goes headshot or kill
Also for MANY others,imho.
In some times I am REALLY FED UP being recorded and threatened to be banned as i am "CHEATING"(!) while I don't even KNOW where the cheating programs are,plus their boredom when using hack and screwing all the fun...
Let's say someone reports you with records,they see you are doing high and good records,appearing to be playing VERY WELL,but sometimes it just looks OVERLUCKING, would you see yourself BANNED for only PLAYING WELL and not LAGGING like other kids???
Today I experience almost 50th threat on me,and i am REALLY getting FRUSTRATED for the 10 year old kids just failing to score frags then,but ASSUMING (repeating again, A-S-S-U-M-I-N-G) that you are INDEED the CHEATER,and reporting you to lead admins,and forcing you to have RISK of being BANNED for....nothing(!!!!)
Can any leaders feed me back about the fact that how you observe the recorded evidences while making decisions,and capturing whether the playing well is the coincidence or actually the skill,and vice versa? Do you have GAME LOGS to check for the player if any Cheating Programmes or etcetera are running BACKGROUND and its activity/usage/settings?

Legit people don't get banned.
Crying in pubs will never go away.

My walls of text are legendary, and I'm age 39. Unfortunately, I'm legit, and have always been legit. Proud owner of honorable ribbon. I'm just naturally talented at video games. I came from the Pac-Man generation. People who were able to play coin-ops for unlimited times on one quarter, and able to beat many "unbeatable" arcade games during the late 80's-early 90's on one credit (How many people here have beaten Sega's Gain Ground on one quarter? didn't think so). Being a USCF National Chess Master has something to do with that (many chess masters are excellent gamers. Our current #1 player, Hiraku Nakamura, was an excellent video gamer as well (he's Japanese, USA's #1 Chess grandmaster, and currently one of the top 10 chess Grandmasters in the world). -
First I laugh (which is not a good idea if you want to stay in-game)
Then I say I don't hack. I'm usually in a good mood so I get some teammates to stick for me.
Then I pray that I don't get kicked while I just made a 4 kill streak clutch.
Then I finish the game 18-3 with ace and Emmm Veee Pee.

I was playing with some people I thought were good players last night and they tried
to kick me 3 times. "I said damn, can't a guy have a lucky streak once in a while?"
Anyhow I didn't get kicked and I finished the 13 rounds of eagle eye 33-12. Our side won,
but I lost MVP to a guy that got 37-6 and no one tried to kick him...
Second thought, they were good players for not kicking me! -
I've never used hacks aswell and i have my ribbon "honorable soldier" too, thing is im a Ghost Mode player, most people really don't know what pinpoint is, or they think they don't have breath if they buy a "low breath" item. I've been called hacker many times, almost every time i play on GR, and even while playing on BL team. So all i did was record a few in-games directly from my pc and show them on youtube and saved a Macro on how to look for my videos; this won't prevent from people trying to kick me, but at least it might give me a bit of reputation in time (i hope).
i had a score of 57-5 in laboratory without hacking on a 13 round max; the score was 11-12 winning BL and they kicked me; and there was people in GR who knew i wasn't hacking, but they kicked me aswell maybe just to get the ace or just simple cruelty.
at least i got my screenshot of the score

this poor sould heard something about crossfire, they download, install the game and is ready 2 have a bit fun.
but most of them getting pwned by one-shot killer or wallhacker. everyone who made a killstreak of 4-5 is gettin called hacker, aimbot blahhh blahhh.
it's clearly not their fault, they just watch, read and do the same thing lika all other wannabe pros.
3 months of one-shot killers online and 4 z8 is it not possible to fix the code.

I get kicked all the time in monaco sniper mode when i make "close range sniping"... know.. jump like a mad and cast 5 or 6 kill in a row with a 67/4 ending K/D score...
i dont know if i been reported before... but i know they will find nothing in my logs CAUSE IM LEGIT...
the only thing i can say when noobs start crying is... "learn to play noob, report me if i hack"

Going back to the OP, for me... getting called a hacker absolutly does not bother me and I know I am legit, so there is no guilt.
However I would imagine that if one is not playing legit and they are being called out, it would cause alot of paranoia. You know what you are guilty of, whether they really know it or not.
So its best just to play legit and have fun.

I would tell them to save a replay and watch it.
And sometimes I just ask them if they want to eat the **** back if it is proven that I am not a hacker.
Most of the time, I have no feeling. I only get mad when I was killed lots of times and with the terrible score someone jumped out to tell others I am a hacker. STFU, have you ever seen a real hacker? -
I am not usually called a hacker because I'm such a noob... But when I am lucky, I usually get kicked before the discussion starts...
I do not feel sad about beeing called a hacker, cause I understand those people who accuses everybody. Today I played against at least 10 oneshotters, so I understand why some people is a bit quick when they start accusing.
Just get the hackingproblem fixed, and noone will get kicked

The players are too young to understand this is the way to protect their game play.
When they grow up to realize it, they found a new group of young kid are abusing it.
Anyway, it is happy to see they use it than to see they don't use it.
When vote kick failed, it is normally failed like 3-11, that means, even the victim team would not vote.
I am not quite sure if they don't know what it is, or they think it is not their duty, or they think it is not a hack, or they think they just can do nothing even they vote. None of the thinking is correct.
There is no punishment to abuse it. Why not abuse it?
There is no game free of hacker. Why to kick them?
