xTrap Detected CF NA?

Everytime a game starts, this error occurs (02-0300-00000000-612),It also occurs if I Alt+Tab in the game menus, I run Win 7 Professional with an ATI Graphics card (Radeon HD6950) which runs the driver CCC.exe and mom.exe. Mainboard is a P8P67 Deluxe and Processor Intel 2600K Quad Core (3.4GHz), RAM 8GB, and cf runs on Partition E:\ which is found on my internal HDD with 7200RPM.
If u need any infos more -> write me.
edit: oh yea: no antivir and no firewall(win firewall disabled),(directly on modem no router) so those arent possible.

Okay I found a solution.
I did not restart my computer yet but heres what i did:
I ended every unused process, after i noticed it still does not work I relogged in as my users so most processes get started again(not full comp restart)
It still didnt work so i guess thats not it.
I went to ATI Graphic driver download site and downloaded newest driver after. it told me i already got that driver. but i thought whatever i reinstall, after installation was done, i noticed it was a different driver than mine. It was fully in english(old one was german).
I started CF and baaahm worked (the driver update didnt want me to reboot) -
1. Make sure you have the latest graphics card drivers.
2. Download & Install Driver Sweeper.
4. Uninstall all graphics card related programs.
5. Reboot in safe mode. (press F8 before the Windows loading screen)
6. Run Driver Sweeper and select to analyse&clean ATI/AMD display drivers.
7. Reboot and install graphics driver.
8. Test.
9. Report back on this thread.
Good luck -
Sry i was a bit faster before reading your things i tracked on my own down the problem: Ive read that ASUS GamerOSD was making trouble with Win7 64bit Aero and only solution was to reinstall driver but after comp restart it was ****ed again on those guys... help was to uninstall GamerOSD
I did that
NOW IT WORKS!!
ASUS GamerOSD must be deinstalled and it fixes MANY CF Errors!! i think [GM]Saidin should add it to his guide! (because that programm comes with some drivers on new comps)
Thanks for the help

*bump*
still have the error....
Bumping a thread up is against one of the rules.
Try reinstalling the entire game but this time trying using a different mirror link. Also make sure the previous download has been completely removed before installing the new mirror link. Best of luck
