You don't exactly have the power to tell people who most likely do not even know who in the world you are, or even remotely care about who you are, to do something. That's like having a conversation with a dog. You may think he's listening, but there's a chance that he could care less.

You telling them not to smoke doesn't mean 100% that they can't smoke, just like saying, "You need to give me $10000" doesn't mean that have to give you the money. It's a request, and requests can generally be denied.

You just have to live with playing against pubbers. Using commands to people who are at your liberty generally doesn't work.

I was lucky there was only few players. If there are 16 players, than it will be smokescavation

I would have done the same thing.

I love bringing smokes into pubs. Most kid lag because of their terrible computer. I'm just chillin at 130ish fps.

Never tell noobs not to do something.

As soon as you say it they immediatly think to keep doing it, probably just because they now know it annoys you.

Yes, children usually do the opposite of what they're asked. Nothing special. If you pub, deal with pub gameplay.

2. Why would you even be playing HM/MM in the first place (yes, yes, it's personal preference, but it's probably the pubbiest out of all the modes available)?

Lolz, unless the request has a viable threat or they stand to lose something (or they happen to actually value teamwork), they usually do the opposite of what you ask

Use smoke and flash smart, don't try to mess your team.

Smoke makes my computer slower. If a teammate keeps throw smoke around me (I normally stay in our side of the map), I will start a vote. If I am the host, I will definitely kick him without any explanation.
