So in checking the item shop today, I noticed that the Winchester Scope is listed as an SMG.

Its been like that ever since it came out O.o

The AK74u is classified as a rifle when it needs to be an SMG, in America its a rifle but in British terms its an SMG, and the Winchester is a rifle.

well the winch does have a firing rate to match the m12s'
reload rate.

The Winchester needs to be to be a rifle. The AKS-74U is a rifle since it uses assault rifle rounds, and is just basically a 74 with a shorter barrel. Who cares about Britain's laws, no one there has firearms anyways.

Who cares about what rounds it uses? This is a video game, they could say it's a lasercannon if they want.

It's still just a 74 with a lopped off barrel. A sawn off shotgun is still a shotgun with shorter barrels, an assault rifle with a shorter barrel is still a rifle.
