Hack tool has been detected (1)(4.0)

have been ricieving Hack Tool Detected (1)(4).(0) lately. What is this detecting? I clearly don't hack ever. Can anyone clear this thing up? i can't finish a game with this bug. Always pops during or end of games. Is there a certain program that it chase or detect? I have tried the clean installation, that didnt work. Thats what the people from z8 told me to do, then if i needed further assistance, post in the technical support forum. Please help
This been happening for that last 3 weeks & its not my anti-virus because i dont have one.
I only have the firewall and windows defender which i turned off.
