Black Market Crate question

I've just bought 5 XM8-ADV crates from the Black Market, and I'm wondering if your rank affects what you get in the crate.

Right now, I'm third sergeant, and the XM8 can only be bought at Master sergeant rank. Can I still get the XM8-Adv from these crates?

Nothin Affects your chance of getting a weapon. Its all based on so called "luck"..

the rank would not affect anything. your kill-death win-lost
or something else would no affect either.
just server like you or not - kind of luck

Wrong! I timed it, Each crate has a timer, Think about it! Notice when you see huge gaps of ppl getting guns? But think about this, With alllll the cf players, it just so happen's that there a huge spot where every 1 suddenly gets guns and u get mass pop up's, Gun's are on a timer, Who ever spin's closer to the spot when the timer stop's, Gets the guns.
