Toluna is safe i have an account with them. Just give details it's safe.They won't send you any post etc. If you give false information you run the risk of a chargeback like what happened to many people using gambit.

Personally i have 2 emails one for private use and one for surveys etc. Because you will get a lot of spam emails with the various companies.Then you can select yes to that option and from time to time they will offer you more surveys.

If you select No i am not sure if you get the zp points.I guess it depends if you have already completed a survey to get that far.They wouldn't normally reward you if haven't particpated in at least one survey.
