they changed it to complete 3 challanges for the ribbon.
i did all 4 but for today it says 250 pistol kills ?
but we dont ge rewarded?

Prize: Handgun Week ribbon will be given out on Monday April 11th, to the players who have qualified for at least 3 events in game.

You have to wait till Monday.
