Hey.

I got a problem with whispering my friend, since the last patch its been "unable to whisper"
becuse she got the word "sp.erm" hidden in her name. so those 5 letters turns into "???" when i try to whisper.

Plz fix this.

Is there any way i can turn off like an "bad word" filter or something?
Becuze its sucks that i cant whisper my friend..

No, there isn't. However, inappropriate names shouldn't be used to begin with. Send in a support ticket to have his name changed lest it lead to further consequences, this is a pg-13 game. There's a filter for a reason.

yea well thats the thing, its not a bad word/name.
Just that the bad word is hidden in the name and for some reason that mess up the name and it shouldnt do that. Its like "assassin" / (ass)

Then what is their name? If you won't mind sharing, what one person thinks is bad another might not. Or vice versa. Especially if its intended. I don't know how you can put 'sp.erm' and not put it there intentionally.

The name is "Jasper.marijn" [ Ja(sper.m)arijn. ]
But with no dot in the name.

Well even so, the patch probably enforced the word filter in even names for the chat, theres not much you can do for this other than talking to them in a private location or other chat methods like freind or clan chat or in a similar room. Unless they decide to change it.
