I solved the CONNECTION HAS BEEN DELAYD problem (WINDOWS 7)

Well 1st of all RIGHT CLICK on CF ShortCut go on Properties
than go to Compatibility put on RUN AS ADM and to execute the program in Windows Vista SP 2 compatibility
Note: That worked for me, i'm not saying it will work for you =D
Windows 7 64 Bits <-- (Mine)
Edit: I epic failed at the tittle ...

Ikr but a lot of people don't try to run in Windows Vista compatibilty they usually try to put it in Windows XP SP 3
