I thought that was only happening to me, because no one would respond in the match when I asked about it.

Yeah, it's a free kill if you spawn a little late. I was hoping that while I had no internet connection at my new place they might fix that.

Its not that it should be taken off completly, but we should have an option to take it off.

Personally I think its not too much of a bother, it will at least inform people who are still unaware of stuff in modes to actually read it, since after you leave rookie it kinda disappears forever. lol.

But yes an option would be nice.

ever since the last patch it appears nearly everytime you join a ghost mode game.

it's part of the game's coding to show it.
