Hi guys. May anyone explain a little thing to me? What does word "waller" mean? What is it? I have heard this word in a game chat. And I don't know what is it. Please, help me.

Thats called a camper, bellow is wall hack. Google it to find out what it looks like

Also, there is a chamer, which uses chams to see the enemy. It is named that way because of the color designation used to see which parts are shootable and not. It's sometimes conflicted or misdesignated. It's pretty hard as a 3rd-person to judge what they are using, either walling or chamming

In the pic below, red is signifying behind walls and green is shootable.
In my opinion it's a pretty complex hack to use....

Are you sure? I think waller is two-time loser which isn't able to play himself without any hack tools. It is shame to play like those mothefckers. It is better to be a noob than to be a hacker.
