Can't enter Crossfire ! ERROR Message

Hey guys im new in this forums and i don't know wheres the Crossfire Problem Place

and when enter crossfire i get this message

try turning off all other programs while running cf, even game booster. disable antivirus. see how that works.

Same error!!!

Hello...
I have the same error when I want to start the game...
After the 1st April patch I had this error unfortunately.
Before the patch; I was using same operating system, same antivirus program(bitdefender total security).... And didnt install any new software.... But cant start the game... Uninstalled the game... downloaded all again... installed again but same result...
What should I do? Please help me to solve the problem...

Try Reinstalling the Crossfire !

This error means you have a process running that is conflicting with Xtrap, or you have a program on there it doesn't like. Try removing or disabling any potential processes and see if that works.

I did not change anything on my computer. I only tried to download new patch. After the new patch the error started. As I said, I was using the same operating system and same antivirus software. Then I totally uninstalled and download the game again by downloader. The latest version is 1062. After the installation started the 1063 but failed first. Then 1064 was downloaded. After the patches game is started bur same error.
Game is not starting. I am trying to make disable antivirus software but doesnt work.
What should we do now?

i think you have to remove all virus scanners and things and maybe if you got windows 7 there some 3d things on like the glas formy thing underbeneath i hope for u it works its horrible if you cant play but you need to play
