New layout for the gun status
First, let me ask you guys, do you really like the stats the way they are right now?
well, i don't, and if you don't, please read this post ;P
Let's go through all the stats that are shown in the in-game shop/black market/storage and upgrade them!
First: Power
-This is the strangest of all the statuses that are shown in the game, accordlingly to it, the AK-47 should have the same power as a sniper rifle...
So, what it should show it's the gun damage accordlingly to the range, and area it hits, but this way it would be too big, so, i think it should just show us a number that represents the damage the gun would do to a player's chest at 10m, and give us a small graphic with the power dropoff at range.
Second: Accuracy
-This one is kinda okay for me, i wouldn't mind in letting it they way it is...
Third: Automatic
-This one annoys me a lot, because you have no real refference to know how fast the gun shoots, so, it should give us a RoF number, and for semi-auto and single shot weapons, give us the delay in seconds or miliseconds in between shots.
Fourth: Recoil
-Damm this one is bad in every FPS i've played, you cannot show us how the recoil acts just by giving us a bar >.>
Give us a small picture with the spray pattern, while the gun is shot the fastest as it can be shot.
Fifth: Weight
-Give us the time a player needs to do a small run with the weapon in it's hands...

Haha I seem to be replying to all of your posts, but yeah, the stats need to be revamped big time. Id support these for sure...If thats too difficult then it would be nice if they could at least be made accurate.

and yeah again, the statuses are wrong in so many ways :c -
I think the damage bars are based on the type of weapon they are. So the ak47 power is compared to other assault rifles.
What should really happen, is that they should just have numbers down so we can relativly compare different aspects of the gun. The bar is just too ambiguous... but then again... maybe thats what the Devs want? -
well i think recoil bar tells a distance of mid-crosshair after one shot. so why awm have such high recoil bar. by the way recoil pattern are on most weapons at same range. instead of machine guns
p.s recoil pattern spread are not listed at gun profile. so it tells about recoil drag after each shot. -
Nice idea but i would suggest that you would click on the pic of the wep and it would bring up the display you are proposing. That way if someone wants to see more detailed specs on the gun they can but it wouldn't be overly annoying to have a huge graph next to each gun instead of the current bars.
