Actually, back a long time ago, 0 ping was possible because the servers were glitching and pings were shown "lower" than they were. This "IamGaystar?" player could have had a 4 ping consistent, and the ping dropped to 0.

The other one is most likely a glitch or some type of artificial edit. Other than that, I can't explain how he has 1 ping while living in Germany.

if you look both are in UK Servers, my other guess is that I have herd of Ping/status hiders before.

Ping isnt always shown correctly... my regular ping is 15, but a few months ago it was -3. "i was able to see the future"

I've had 0-4 ping before. Then they nerfed the servers again. ==' It's not common though.

0-1 ping is possible I used to have it. I used to play at work, in a data center :P Used to get kicked all the time by br's who weren't happy when they figured out I wasn't a admin lol.
