In the story it says they killed alexes right hand man and that there was a betrayal. So O'Niel had to step up even though she wasnt very high ranked at the time.

Thats not whats unfair ranks dont measure skills but look at the number of people in each one.

33k vs 38k players thats a 5k diffrence.... Now thats a little unfair.
