Please ban reported hackers's IP adress

So my face is ***in red from those useless hackers, and I hope they just get burned, or burried alive. I think that anyone that is caught hacking, their IP address should be banned, and to be able to get crossfire back, they should have to pay a lot of money. This would also, even if no one hacked, the hackers would get scared that their IP address will get banned, so they would never turn on their hack. What you think?
